Every person has different reasons to work. The reasons for working are as diverse as the individuals. Yet, we all work because we obtain something that we need from work. At JASCAP we believe that our employees’ work ethics impact team morale, team motivation, and in general the quality of every one’s life. To create positive employee motivation, we encourage our employees to pursue and promote their interests in different areas pertaining to the cancer, because ultimately employees matter to JASCAP. Their creative ideas do help JASCAP fulfill the ultimate goal of helping cancer patients, their families and care givers.

At JASCAP, our employees co-mingle with other members to create an organisation of family culture. We value each of our employee’s traits and qualities and we appreciate their contribution to the progress of the organisation.  They work closely with our volunteers and multiply the efforts needed to help our patient population.  Our employees exemplify our highest priorities and are our chief driving force, as they bring deeply held values and beliefs to our organisation.
